Start off by welcoming the team. Today i m sharing 4 eye opening life lessons i ve learned in 2020 so far and why i m thankful for the important lessons learned through the struggles of this year. But these lessons won t amount to much if they are not properly integrated into an institutional body of knowledge and used for continuous improvement.
Then move on to explaining the purpose of a lessons learned workshop.
